The National Gallery of Australia is seeking experienced, highly motivated people with solid groundings in curatorial practice and highly developed organisational skills for the positions of Senior Curator Pacific Arts and Curator Pacific Arts.
These positions are responsible for the development, management, research and display of the National Gallery of Australia’s collection of the Pacific Arts and related exhibitions program. The successful applicants will have tertiary qualifications, proven broad knowledge in the Pacific Arts field combined with museum or gallery experience.
These are permanent positions. To be eligible for appointment, you must be an Australian citizen or eligible to apply for Australian citizenship within a reasonable period of time. The successful applicants will be subject to a probationary period of employment and a security check will also apply.
