Note that you can only register for one item at a time. So, if you want to attend both the meeting and the conference dinner, you will have to repeat the process twice.
Registration includes lunches, tea/coffee breaks and a drinks reception. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements.
The conference dinner will take place on Thursday 19 June from 7.15pm until 9.30pm at the Sainsbury Centre.

Conference locations
On Wednesday 18 June, the conference will start at the Thomas Paine Study Centre at the University of East Anglia.
Registration will start at 1.30pm in the foyer of the
Thomas Paine Study Centre which is indicated on Google maps.
If travelling to campus by bus, the 25 bus line will drop you really close to the Thomas Paine Study Centre, at the Admissions Building stop.
If travelling with the 26 bus line, you should get off at the University Drive Stop and walk down Chancellors Drive to reach the Thomas Paine Study Centre
Transportation Transport in Norwich
Both line 25 and 26 run from the train station, through the city centre, to the University of East Anglia.
You can purchase your ticket on the bus, paying card or cash, by telling
the driver that you want to go to UEA. The cost of a bus ticket is of £3 per journey.
Alternatively, you can buy tickets (only day tickets or weekly tickets) on the First Bus App, by selecting the Norfolk & Waveney region, and the Norwich area.

If you are flying directly to Norwich airport and want to come straight to campus, you can use the 512 bus line leaving from and arriving at University Drive.
Many local taxi providers operate in the Norwich area. You will find taxis at the train station, but you can also book or call them whenever needed.

Transport to Norwich by Plane
From Heathrow to Norwich: From London Heathrow Airport, you can use the Elizabeth line (underground) to join the London Liverpool Street train station from where you will depart to go to Norwich. While using the underground, you can use your credit card to go through the tube’s gates which spares you to buy a ticket.
In order to book you train ticket from London to Norwich, you can use the Greater Anglia website.
From Stansted to Norwich: From Stansted Airport, you can take a direct train to Norwich train station.

Norwich airport: Norwich has its own airport. Once arrived at the airport, it is easy to travel to the city centre or UEA thanks to the 512 bus line or by booking a taxi.

When traveling from the Norwich airport, please be aware that all customers must pay the airport development fee (£10). The fee is only when you fly from Norwich, and not for flights which land in Norwich.
By train (from London)
From King’s Cross – St Pancras train station to Norwich: When arriving with the Eurostar at King’s Cross St Pancras’ train station, you can use either the Circle, Metropolitan or Hammersmith & City underground lines to reach Liverpool Street train station where all trains to Norwich depart from.

From Liverpool Street train station to Norwich: Trains from London to Norwich leave from London Liverpool Street train station.

Accommodation
If you would like to stay on campus during the time of the conference, you can stay at Broadview Lodge
If you would like to stay in town, Norwich has several Travelodge and Premier Inn hotels but also various local hotels such as The Georgian Townhouse
If you would like to stay in an apartment, you could look at No 82 or Golden Triangle Townhouse
Exhibition Visit
The Sainsbury Centre will be open throughout the conference (9am-6pm, exhibitions open 9.30am).
Guided tours of the exhibitions A World of Water and Darwin in Paradise Camp: Yuki Kihara will be led by Chief Curator Tania Moore on Friday 20 June and will start at 11.45am. Registration for both tours will be available during registration.
